Dr. Evgeniy Sporov
Dr. Sporov prides himself on his ability to take his beginner and intermediate violin students to the advanced level. He has played the role of lead violin instructor at numerous music camps, was the designated instructor of the first violin section of the Jackson Symphony Youth Orchestra, and since moving to California has begun coaching some of the most promising students in the Sacramento Youth Orchestra. Before moving to the U.S., Dr. Sporov was the regional supervisor for the string departments of 127 music schools and 3 music colleges in Russia.

Dr. Sporov earned his Doctorate of Music Arts in Violin Performance from Michigan State University. He received his Master’s Degree in Chamber Ensemble Performance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Solo Violin Performance from Glinka State Conservatory in Russia.
